Abstract

The role of digital leadership has emerged as a key determinant in molding behavioral change aligning with organizational productivity and performance. Within the VUCA environment, technology posits its value relevance in imparting greater acceleration in transforming the organization’s performance. The existence of technology could move the inertia in managing business productivity in stewarding future revolution. The research objectively intended to: (i) undertake a systemic review based on the extrapolated dimensions dealing with the impact of the IR4WRD on human capital strategy development and competency design; and (ii) conjecture theoretical modeling on IR4FRWD dynamics in correlation to competency development and HR strategy.
